It’s been about 2 weeks and I have more energy! To keep things interesting I change it up, but here are the basics.
1. Warm (I like mine hot)Filtered Water
2. Green tea (tea of your choice) or/and squeeze of fresh lemon
3. 2 tbsp raw apple Cider Vinegar-the one with the mother.
4. 1 tsp cinnamon
5. Dash cayenne pepper (I am going to boil a sliced cayenne pepper with my water in the future) but have been using crushed
6. 1-2 tbsp raw organic local honey. Local helps with seasonal allergies & has beneficial active enzymes, so choose local!
Another delicious detox drink! Water infused with Organic English Cucumber, Organic Lemon & Organic Peppermint.
I pour Fiji water into a glass mason jar the night before. I place 2-3 slices of lemon, 3-4 slices of cucumber and 5-7 peppermint leaves. April is a perfect month to start Peppermint outside if you’re on the East Coast. I also use a house plant throughout the year. I infuse over night and as you drink the next morning, just add water throughout the day.
