Tea inserts for your tea pot & a little soul

I found this teapot at Tj Max & the tea insert + chai tea at Teavana. I really love the insert because it fits most tea pots and also has a rubber seal around the edge plus a lid with a handle. The holes are so fine it will not let any debris through, but steeps wonderfully!I bought the loose Opra Chai, but as I am learning I need to fill my body with all organic ingredients, so I’m not sure about the tea but it does taste delightful!! The soothing smell and taste are enough stress relievers to make up for it in case the tea has any small pesticides on it…but I will be searching a whole lot more on all the brands that are safe so stay tuned! I am slowly making the transition to exercise and be healthy as a whole because every day I have been dragging myself out of bed and exhausted. While I have everything to be happy for, I’m just physically yuck! So I am making a big change and you’re welcome to follow along on my journey to let my body, mind and soul finally feel tuned the way it was meant to be😊

On one occasion during a manic episode, he lived homeless on the streets of Las Vegas, until he was again hospitalized. His rich story can be seen in much of his artwork & lifestyle. He has worked with many materials ranging from stone to liquid acrylics. A large element in many of his works includes materials that would otherwise be discarded. One particular impressive element of his work is his ability to create a large painting in minimal time. He is active at home in gardening and lives a holistic lifestyle with his wife and 5yr old son.
